I have 3 of these chairs now and love them all. The oldest one is about 4 years old and is good as new after daily use. They are challenging to put together since the inserts for the mounting screws are not precisely positioned. The trick is to only partially screw in all the screws before tightening any of them down. Then rotate through each one, gradually tightening them in order to keep the arm from binding. I also wrap some packing tape around the strut before inserting it into the base to keep it from going in all the way, otherwise the chair sits a bit too low even in the highest position, in my opinion. But they are very comfy, with good padding and perfect ergonomics. And they hold up well. Definitely worth the money.

This chair does not meet expectations for its price point. It lacks the build quality and support you would expect from an executive chair designed for extended use. The upholstery appears more synthetic than advertised, and the product photos don’t accurately reflect its appearance in person. The cushioning compresses quickly and doesn’t provide adequate lower back support. After a few hours of use, it can lead to noticeable discomfort, particularly around the tailbone. For someone who spends 10+ hours a day seated, this level of support is insufficient. At a lower price, it might be acceptable for light or occasional use, but at its current cost, it’s difficult to justify. I would recommend considering other options if you need a chair for long work sessions.

Real pain in the neck to put together. I am very handy but this was crazy. Holes did not line up and screws would not catch. Screws too short to hold chair together. Move on to the next chair.

The chair is gorgeous and comfortable. I love that it's real leather. It's not too big or too small. It's just the right size for my office!

Love this chair perfect in the place of wheel chair.
