Absolutely the worst experience ever with this company. This is the second bed I have ordered from Wayfair and it arrived with the box ripped open and dirty. First bed was ripped. I reached out to an agent who told me to wait 48 hours to hear from manufacturer. Which I never did. So I reached back out to Wayfair where I assured a response in 24 hrs. Nothing. I reached out again. They sent me to an agent to text me. Who then ignored all of my answers. I will never order from Wayfair again.

The boucle is nice. Definitely not cheap looking. The color is peachy-orangey-pinkish. May order in white. Great addition to my hone staging inventory. Easy assembly. No box spring in pic. Just mattress.
