Kanthan 83.5'' Upholstered Sofa

I’m not sure how couch is yet, I requested it be delivered between 1/2/2025 & 1/4/2025 because no one was home to bring it in. But unfortunately it was delivered on 12/31/2024. It literally sat outside the door until we were able to get home. Update 1/5/25: The couch doesn’t match the picture . The back cushions are FLAT like cardboard! Not as pictured at all, even the color is off. Such a huge disappointment! Buyer beware! Update 1/14/25: From bad to worse! Someone contacted me after seeing my review and said they would send new back cushions, but they ended up sending a new couch and will charge me for the 2nd couch if the first couch isn’t returned. The couch is on the 50th floor of an apartment building and this is truly inconvenient! But making matters worse is the replacement couch is no better! Back cushions are FLAT, so neither couch looks like what is shown on the website! When I wrote to complain, I was told to just “fluff” the cushions! There is nothing to fluff (see pictures)! Now I have two couches that have flat back cushions; they actually slip behind the cushion you sit on, the material is saggy/loose like they were used - look at the pics! This was a gift for my college age grandchildren who are now tasked with packing and returning not one, but TWO, couches from their 50th floor apartment! They are willing to keep the subpar quality couches to avoid this hassle, but I would expect a discount on EACH couch because they look nothing like what was advertised. I’ve been going back and forth with Wayfair and now I’m afraid they are sending a 3rd couch because of another email from their “resolution” team!? This situation, and customer service, is totally unacceptable! I will never buy anything from Wayfair again.

Back cushions are way too thin. Isn’t at all as full as the picture. It’s fine for the money. I bought more fill for them and it worked great.

The sofa is really nice. My only complaint is that the back cushions are rather thin. Initially we received 2 right-sided back pillows. Wayfair and the manufacturer were very prompt in addressing the issue and ensuring we received the missing left-sided pillow. The delivery person left the very heavy boxes on the first floor of our building so we had to get some help to carry them up to the second floor, as we don't have a dolly or any other devices to help move large items.

The back cushions on this couch are extremely uncomfortable, the photo on display is misleading, they are not firm at all and loses its shaped and comes out of place. My back hurts so bad from this sofa.

The directions of how to put together are not very clear so we ended up taking longer to figure out. Nice fabric, it feels comfortable enough for the price but you get what you pay for. The back cushion is nothing like the pictures, it is very thin, almost like it is missing cushion- see the pics below! (which really is!) so if you want something nicer stay away from this one. Pics are a little deceiving.

Do not buy this couch! The back cushions are not as described at all, they are about 1 12 inches in thickness. It is very uncomfortable and the material feels cheap.

Looks great online. Fast delivery. Set up was easy. Back cushions are TERRIBLE! I HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY to make the cushions presentable. NOT WORTH LOOKING TWICE. Will never buy from wayfair again.
