We didn’t realize that the cream color one doesn’t come with the arms to open and close the ottomans, there’s just wooden boards that run over the compartments and work as the structure for the seats. For the price we paid I am very happy with it. Assembly took approximately 1 hour, its a very soft couch. Not firm at all, low back which is a non issue if youre having it against a wall. The Kapellen upholstered ottoman is way bigger than I thought it was going to be. For my tiny home it makes things rather tight in my living room. On the other hand it works great for relaxing with the feet up but especially playing games. Its really soft fabric wise but also must hav which is nice for the kids to sit on. a foam interior..
