This bed was very easy to build. I built it by myself with maybe an hour a little bit more than an hour. The instructions will clear on how to use all the materials that they packed into the back of the headboard. The only thing that wasn’t clear was where to put the slats when you were adding that in but again you can use your best judgment of where to add in the screws. This bed is very well built and made from solid wood. It feels sturdy, durable, and secure, which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is evident in the construction, and I would definitely purchase this bed again. The only change I would make, if it were available as an option, would be a taller headboard. An additional 6 to 10 inches in height would make it even more attractive and provide better support when sitting up in bed. This is a great looking bed for our guest room. We needed a second guest bed and wanted it to look nice but not cost too much. This bed feels well built and strong and was what l was looking for. It was surprisingly easy to assemble with all the parts being clearly labeled.
