To my surprise, the desk had a part that was not correct. While I ordered the desk ahead of when I needed it, and it arrived on time, I couldn't complete the assembly because of the incorrect part. I will never be able to get back the lost productivity time as a result of waiting for a satisfactory resolution.

Piece of junk. Holes don't line up and pieces come damaged. Customer service from manufacturer sends a million emails asking for parts and photos and then more photos. Don't waste your time or money
