This chair is awesome!!! It came in a small box and we let it puff up. We put it in our 11yo son's room and it's a great place to have his friends hang out, and at their size, they've even slept overnight on it. Finally we made it fit, all the while rereading the instructions. We got the sides and back in, only the realize we screwed up!! It took less time to unstuck it and do over correctly. I must say the quality of the seems, zippers and material to withstand what we put it through without ripping is astonishing. Of course my one dog after being afraid of ot thought it was for her. Our virgin polystyrene beans are 100% recyclable. Each bag contains 100 litres of rejuvenating beans. The number of beans you need will depend on the size of your chair and how flat it is: small chairs may need 1-2 bags, while giant chairs may require more. For child safety and durability reasons, all big Joe bean-filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment. To open your big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. And, you can use our refill packs for other reasons: packing material, arts and crafts, you name it!

This is so nice! Very heavy, soft yet firm, there are 4 separate pillows, 2 arms, 1 the back, and 1 seat cushion. No directions though, so allow me to assist. Largest pillow, is the back of the chair, medium pillow is the seat cushion, smaller are for the arms. Don’t remotely believe the hype with one customer review below where the seat appears to be sunken in, in one area, possibly buyer error, wrong pillow in the wrong location. This isn’t even 24 hours of out of box into chair cover expansion, and the foam filling is still expanding. Full expansion takes 5-7 days. Separate ottoman expansion is now at 3 days.. Sickov Thebs.
