Upholstered Platform Floating Bed with Bookcase Storage Headboard

I ordered and payed for a king size bed frame. It wasn’t until hours after putting it together that I realized they sent me the wrong one. Instead I received a queen size bed frame. I then tried to make a complaint that I received the wrong item, but the app wouldn’t allow me to add images or process the complaint. The app would time out every time I tried. (3 attempts). It’s a really nice product, but I’m very disappointed that I spent hours of my own time putting this together. Only to find out it doesn’t fit my bed in the slightest, and I was sold the wrong item all together. I hope costumer service can see this because this is a problem that needs fixed. Especially since I spent over 400 for this frame.

This Queen size bed is sturdy and beautiful. It has metal slats and requires no box spring. The upholstered headboard is very firm with a soft thick material covering. With the feet located underneath the bed, it really gives the floating effect. The bookcases are spacious and detachable on both sides, making it easy to fit multiple size rooms. The over the headboard shelving space has USB ports as well as plug in sockets. The LED lights are placed underneath the bed, has Velcro attachments, a remote control and numerous color variations. This bed does not feel like cheap material. I highly recommend this purchase, it will be worth it!

Bed is well constructed. Heavy in box, so have a helping hand ready. Instructions are pretty straight forward except some picture/angles can be confusing. If you have a drill with Allen wrench bits as I did it's much easier to put together. Shelving is sturdy even though the 'key' screws are annoying to position. Frame itself is sturdy & under lighting works as it should. You don't need a box spring, the height of the bed is surprisingly decent & not too low, coming from a woman that's 5'10.

It is a very nice looking bed. I really love the grey accents. The lights create a nice warm feeling to the room.

It took a while to put it together because the instructions were a little confusing. We ended up putting parts backward!! We figured it out the next day, and it looks great! I love that you have the option of attaching the shelves, and floating look is what made everything stand out!

This is a well built bed frame for sure, the metal is strong and the way the bolts go into this one will not loosen over time, the only reason I knocked off a star is because the bookshelf is not solid wood. I do however like the finish on it. The legs are in far enough to not stub your toes when making the bed also. Overall I am happy with this and I would recommend it.
