Mari 48'' Solid Wood Console Table

The console looks pretty, the white wash brings out a bit of a pink undertone. However, I am extremely unimpressed by the way it was built. The top was attached to the rest of the furniture with a few flimsy brad nails! Naturally this wasn't enough to hold it in place and it detached as I was trying to lift the console. Not the quality I expected from a 1000$ furniture. Fortunately Wayfair offered a partial refund for the headache I now have having to fix this.

The item was carefully packaged - no problem there. However the drawer on the right does not close properly. There is a hitch midway through along with a loud kerplunk/thud sound. The tracks are not set correctly; one side has more space between the rail than the other. It is very annoying every time you open or close the drawer that it catches on the track and makes that noise. In the closed position it has to be shoved a couple of times to center it because it is not properly placed. Also be aware that the sides of the drawers are unfinished plywood - very cheap looking. It is okay but the workmanship is sub par.

It is well built. Just the right size for what I needed. I love it.
