Most expensive purchase from Wayfair!! Worth all the penny

Love it!! Wish it came with the bolts, but otherwise beautiful!!

If I could give this product a ZERO star rating, I would. Received the bed back in December 2021. Went through some living changes so didn’t assemble right away. Finally did assemble the thing in March 2022 to find out that there were no support slats included. No worries, it happens. Called Wayfair customer service and they sent me the replacement missing part, free of charge. Great right? Wrong. They sent me FULL size bed slats for a KING size bed frame, not once but TWICE. Again, no worries, I just want my bed that I’ve paid almost a grand for to be useable. Call customer service again, one rep was about to CHARGE me for slats that should’ve already been included in the package. Get to a different rep who sees the discrepancy and gets King size slats ordered for me. I get them in April, place them on my bed thinking we’ve FINALLY got a winner, only to find out that the slats have about an inch gap on both sides of each slat (width wise) so that it’s not fully spanning the full width of the bed frame thus not having a secure fit. Call customer service again, explain the situation, and was told I’d get a replacement sent out after I send some clarification pictures. No worries, I send them out, only to get an email back saying that the ill-fitting bed slats I received are “correct”. Clearly they aren’t when just putting on the mattress causes the whole slat system to flop off the bed frame. I’ve yet to hear from the manufacturer about how to properly secure anything so I can actually USE the bed. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point I don’t even want the bed, because it’s been more of a headache than anything.

The bed looks nice. But...no on and off switch for the light, included instructions could have been better. The backorder was months. The only reason I did not cancel was we had already ordered the foot board and it was difficult to return. I am still waiting for my refund for the instillation charge that I canceled.

Love this headboard! The touch light up headboard is great and love that it has 3 levels of brightness.
