I ordered three bar stools. Two assembled fine, but the third one’s backrest won’t bolt properly on the back side the holes don’t line up or the bolts won’t secure, even after hours of trying. It seems defective. Any chance for a partial refund on the bad one The others are good.

These stools are gorgeous and sturdy. The customer service exceeded my expectations. One of the seats had a small stain on it from the delivery being left in the pouring rain, and they sent me 3 new seats. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something classy. They perfectly compliment my Kirsten kitchen chairs.
