Perdue 81.5" Velvet Square Arm Convertible Sofa

The item I received is NOT the Futon I ordered!! It does not look like what is showing in the picture at all! The side arms are half the size indicated!! What you sent looks cheap! Not the same quality item displayed!! I want is corrected or a full refund!

Great product. Sturdy and color is beautiful. Materials is velvet, soft and comfortable for seating and laying on. Look great in my dining room.

My instructions were missing half the pages but after a few hours customer support emailed me the missing steps. It’s bigger than I expected I’m very happy with the color. Very firm couch like a car’s backseat. I like it. Unsure how long it’ll hold up but I was able to get it for 264 which seems fair enough.

Very pretty! Clear instructions. Took 2 people approx 1 hour to assemble. Possible quality control issues There was one bolt-hole that was off so I had to drill a new hole next to it. There is another bolt hole that is in the correct place but the bolt would not screw in.
