Matching desk and bookcase are very well made and look great! A great Wayfair find.

Comes in SO many pieces and some were dinged up. Back piece will not go flush. Overall serves the purpose and drawer setup is what we needed but a little pricier than final product quality.

Both of the biggest pieces are cracked. Unloaded a zillion pieces to find out. Not happy

Took a while to assemble. Turned out nice.

Easily nicked, and very tedious to assemble, but looks great. There isn't much space for your legs under the desk would be my only complaint.

As expected at this price point, material is particle board but the veneer looks incredible, and paired well with my hardwood floors. The veneer was peeling in two spots which I managed to glue down but it's obvious the long transit time from China has its effects. Additionally, several small yet noticeable dings have already appeared during assembly, which is common, so this is a piece you'll want to be careful with, especially while moving. As for functionality, the cable routing hole on the right side is the only accessible cable hole on the entire unit, and it only leads to the small shelf edge directly below it, and does not have a way out of it. Not 100% positive what that design was intended for, but I can certainly see others finding it more troublesome than practical. Additionally, the top middle drawer can be removed and I planned on using it for my mouse and keyboard (albeit there's not much room), but there is no cable routing in the back. I'll be drilling a small hole to route my cables through. It seems that the designers had this planned as a space filler desk rather than a computer desk, which is fine, but since they had at least a small bit of cable management in mind, you'd think this would have been a no brainer for them. I did not find assembly to be excruciating as many other buyers have, but it will take about 3.5-4 hours if you're pretty fast. Additionally, my instructions were crystal clear on each step and did not have a misprint for assembling one of the drawers. Perhaps this has been fixed recently as other buyers reported the mistake. There is a step that requires 2 people to lift up the entire unit while it's on its side and place it onto the back (which will be on the ground). Since I was a one-man-assembly-show, I decided it would be easier to flip it over the other way and place the back on top (of course switching the wooden dowels in the process). After this I flipped at back the way they intended the step to be done and the weight of the desk pushing on the back helped secure all of the wooden dowels further so I could tighten everything up. Overall the desk looks good but it's something I'm expecting to get nicked up fairly easily, even with everyday PC usage, but it's a definite upgrade over my old one and should keep my happy for years to come.

Required quite a bit of time to assemble but is a beautiful, sturdy desk. Ver pleased.

We love the look and functionality of this desk. The assembly took a little time, but once it was finished, it was time well spent. If you run into any problems with the assembly, the mfg. will help you with any questions you have.
