Dalton 90'' Leather Sofa

this couch came damaged. there is a chunk of wood frame missing on the right corner and the top of the couch is bowed down. very disappointed. if it weren't for the damage, it would be a beautiful couch.

The sofa is beautiful. However, Wayfair's customer service was very disappointing. My sofa arrived damaged and will not be restocked until April. I was told that I could not exchange upon delivery of the new sofa because it would be over 30 days. I expressed concern letting the agent know that it would leave me without a sofa in my den not to mention it took an additional 3 weeks from my original delivery date to get the damaged one. The agent refused to accommodate my request or escalate it to someone who could help. But again- nice sofa, poor customer service.

Beautiful, great quality, and easy to assemble.

Sofa arrived in great shape, we love the style, it fits our contemporary traditional mix. It sits fairly firm yet comfy. We’ve only had it 3 weeks so I can’t speak to the longevity of it, but seems like good quality.

Great couch.
