Best bed frame so luxurious looking

This bed frame arrived with the wrong set of screws, making it impossible to assemble as intended. To make matters worse, I had just moved and needed the bed set up immediately - waiting for replacement hardware to ship was simply not an option. I had to take matters into my own hands: sourcing replacement hardware out of pocket and hiring professional help for components that weren't commercially available. Those additional costs added up to more than half the price of the bed frame itself. When I contacted Wayfair for reimbursement, they declined to cover any of the additional expenses I incurred due to their fulfillment error. That level of customer support is unacceptable, particularly when the fault lies entirely with the product as shipped. I would strongly caution other buyers: what appears to be a straightforward purchase can quickly become a costly ordeal, and based on my experience, Wayfair will not make it right. Deeply disappointed in both the product and the company's response.

I love the bed frame! It’s a beautiful timeless piece!but unfortunately, it was received a bit banged up. When the box was delivered, it had a big hole in it. The edges came chipped and dented would not recommend!!!

I bought the grey version. It’s built very well however the gray of the headboard does not match the grey of the frame.

The bed assembly was horrible. The instructions are not clear, they even sent the extra wrong screws. Assembly says 40 minutes, try several hours. Also the description on the height of under bed was off, so don’t buy it if you want a short bed. Also the prop 65 warning would have been nice to know ( it’s for formaldehyde ) . Also the headboard had black / blue paint rub off of it, had to cover it with a sheet. I don’t recommend this bed at all. Very unhappy experience.
