I ordered 2 sets of 4 chairs, for a total of 8 chairs. 2 of the chairs have tearsdamage in the upholstery. The boxes they were shipped in were pretty flimsy for the weight of the chairs, and were pretty beat up. Since there was not any packing protection material in the box, I am sure they were damaged by the shipping company. Wayfair connected me with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. I was hoping to be able to send back 2 chairs and receive 2 replacement chairs. The manufacturer says I have to return all 4 chairs in the set, even though 2 of them are perfectly fine, and instead of sending replacement chairs they offered a refund since they are out of stock. So now I only have 4 of the 8 chairs I need. I don’t want to send back the first set of 4 chairs because they are already assembled and I’m afraid that disassembling them will be as painful as assembling them was. So now I have to hope they come back in stock or find another set of 4 chairs that won’t match. As for the chairs that were not damaged, they are a good quality, comfortable, and beautiful. Assembly was difficult because parts didn’t align well, but we were able to work through it even though it was very frustrating.

These are beautiful and comfortable chairs. Very pleased with purchase. Assembly took a while but by the last one I was a pro. Would recommend

I have the in white chairs and they are gorgeous. They sit well they came 12 put together just had to put the front legs on and yes I would recommend them.
