Excellent for the price! Looks stylish and modern but with a rustic flair. Assembly of the base was not difficult but the top definitely took some time. Love the built in internal storage for the leaf

After 2 delays, today All day waiting and my super heavy package was left at the last minute outside my door. No call, No knock on my door & No notification what’s so ever. The box is ripped in several places. Assembly pro is coming tomorrow and I hope nothing damaged

Cons: Instructions were poor. Therefore, it took some trial and error as well as more time to set up than expected. Would be nice it there was a short video tutorial since images were unclear. Also, came with a ding on the side of the table. The actual table is thinner than image. Pros: Good pricing. Extendable features making it great for different amount of guests. Stash away leaflet piece directly beneath the table which saves space. Sturdy legs.
