very stylish great customer service

This is an exceptionally well made European-looking product. The low architecture is stunning, but not weird, and the ability to lift up to any angle the headrests is awesome, and it can change the looks of this sectional in an instant. The leather grain, stitching, and finish, are high-end. Italian made, as noticed from a little warranty booklet that comes with it. This is a lovely, well designed and well made, no-nonsense, piece of furniture and I'm loving it. It is not just pretty but it works. The cushioning is nice and firm. Money well spent!

The couch is a 3 but all else is a 1 - couch was originally scheduled to arrive on Friday, the 21st. After taking the day off from work, was told the day of about delivery cancellation and would reschedule “some time” after Christmas as all pieces were not in the same warehouse. Subsequent to talking a representative they were able to reschedule for Sunday the 23rd - getting a Certificate if insurance for delivery to my building was an absolute mess involving emails, with limited responses with over 10 Wayfair team members on the email - still unable to get 10 coupon applied to my order - couch arrived with a 1 inch scratch (see picture) very disappointing for a nearly 4k purchase - while I understand it’s the holidays realizing many folks are on vacation (adding the Wayfair team has always been polite and professional), the overall experience leads me to believe the operation is extremely disorganized - hope the 2nd piece of furniture scheduled to arrive isn’t as much an issue

UPDATE: It's been a few years since this couch was purchased. In these years, it has seldom been used as it was stored. $4k for a genuine leather couch. Well, the couch has some kind of coating on it that has started to peel - somewhat akin to your skin peeling from a sunburn. As a result it is now discolored and unsightly. I certainly question the "authentic leather" and would not recommend this product. So happy with this sectional. It was easy to handle and put together by myself. It was packaged very nicely and arrived with no issues. Sectional fit perfectly in the space it was intended for. The feel of the material was excellent and it has had non-stop use since it arrived. It is very comfortable and the adjustable arm and headrests are fantastic! Also appreciated the fantastic carrier service that was used. They communicated extremely well and were highly accommodating.
