I purchased this in dark green and it absolutely perfect for my space. The seat is stiff, but comfortable. Fabric is soft. The legs come with felt on them already so no risk of hurting the floor.

LOVE- very posh looking and the quality is excellent. We're using this piece in our formal sitting area. It's comfortable and looks expensive. I wouldn't purchase for a den area (or somewhere where you'll spend a lot of time) as the back is very low. It's more a statement piece but it's fabulous!
