Solid Wood TV Stand with Wave Design

We purchased a high quality tv stand / credenza to put into our living room. We chose the solid wood wave design because it was so attractive. The delivery went smoothly and it was assembled outside and then placed into our home for me to inspect. I discovered a minor flaw in one of the three storage compartments and brought it to the attention of the delivery driver. He contacted his supervisor who asked for a picture of the flaw. She forwarded that to a Wayfair representative who called me and gave me three options; return the item for a replacement, schedule a repairman to come out and attempt to repair the flaw, or accept a refund of part of the purchase price. They were more than generous, so we accepted the partial refund. We love our new TV stand and have plans to purchase patio furniture and two nightstands from Wayfair in the near future. We like the way they treated us.
