Just put it together today (by myself, mind you!), so I can’t speak to the quality long term, but it’s perfect for what I need right now. Took me an about 2 hours to put together - lining up the heavy top was a little bit of a struggle, but i got it after a few adjustments. It’s heavier duty partial board, but the coating on it seems like it’ll hold up well. The quality is as it should be for the price point. The reason for a 4-star rating is I have not really started using it but it appears it is going to serve the purpose for which I intended…more counter space, room for my granddaughters to join me in craft-making, and not overly big.. The only negative is that one arrived damaged on a le and on the top in such a way that the top cannot be fully fasten to the leg. I was able to work around it. Sturdy, Cute, and functional. Came well packaged. It took me about 3.5hrs to assemble by myself. You can put it together in 1/2 the time if assembly is your gig. I left the towel rack off and eventually took the side shelf off, because my room is small and honestly I think it looks better. When the leaf is open, it created more counter top than I thought it would. The back is plain and could use some adhesive drawer/shelf liner, which I might do later.
