Kizer Solid Wood Platform Bed

I ordered the queen size in espresso. I was able to build this by myself in under 2 hours. I just put the Golden Girls on the tv and started building! The socket wrench was a blessing. I have a drill but I didn’t need it. The instructions were easy to follow. I took the suggestion of another reviewer and placed the nonskid pads on the legs before assembly. Makes a big difference. I ordered this bed to go with my headboard (also from Wayfair) and it is a perfect color match! However, there are no holes in the bed in order to connect them. No big deal to me, I'll just zip tie them if I have to. So far there have been no issues with sturdiness. The height description is accurate. I wish there had been a 14 inch height option. The top of my mattress sits at about 28 inches from the ground so I feel like I'm a little too high up, but I will get used to it. I'm glad I was able to find a frame to match my headboard at such a good price.

Great color to contrast with boring grey vinyl floors. Easy to assemble, as long as you pre-read the instructions. Very sturdy for the price! Great for storing luggage under.

Solid construction, easy to put together by myself, and has plenty of clearance for storage underneath. Frame sits tight to the wall and doesn’t slide, so I’m not missing a headboard.
