delivered quickly but not as pictured. wood is quite light colored (we were hoping for the dark wood pictured here) and the fabric is much lighter also. good looking and well made.

Absolutely love these barstools. Solid wood and well-made. Fabric appears that it will stand up to years of wear. A bonus is the base is wide enough that my rumba can maneuver underneath them.

We are remodeling our house. We love the fabric and the wood. This will be in the bedroom and blends with the rest of the room.

Overall a great chair. Be sure to read all of this comment!! Pros: - Solid and easy to assemble. (Just look for the poorly printed word "front" on the swivel plate to line it up correctly! Other reviews of this brand noted that it would lean forward... If you line it up correctly, it has a slight rise in the front for ergonomics.) - Looks great at my eat at island, even with a difference in color (see below) Cons: - The color of the wood and the upholstery is much lighter than the picture (light oak colored wood, more gray than black upholstery) - The warehouse (by way of the picking slip they are given) doesn't know this is a set of 2. Initially was sent a single chair. Called, new order was dispatched and I was told it would be a whole new set. Again, only got 1 chair (not a big deal since I had no clue what to do with a 3rd chair anyway). Be prepared for this when it arrives. - No written instructions and the word "FRONT - TOP" stamped on the swivel plate was virtually unreadable. I'm a teacher and was able to decipher the hieroglyphic like letters (gotta love not teaching handwriting as much anymore) and gave putting that to the front of the chair a try and it fixed a slanting issue I had at first. One star lost for the color difference (good and I like it, just not as expected).
