Harmony Home Collection Solid Wood Bed

Wayfair has really gone downhill. I ordered 2 of these bed sets in different sizes and both came damaged in multiple places. The quality is so bad that I won’t be replacing them and instead requested a refund. Customer service was very difficult and now I have to arrange for a courier pick up or drop it off at FedEx, which is unacceptable given the size and weight of the product. I have ordered many things from Wayfair before and never had such a horrible experience. They have really gone downhill but in quality and customer service.

This bed is really, really gorgeous! So solid and obvious it is not assembly line. The caveats- some off the hardware was slightly off so needed to be ‘convinced’, some small areas not completely stained ( furniture pen there), and despite search filter - this is NOT a platform bed. You will need to add slats if you want to forgo the box spring. Although the slats provided are larger than most beds, we did add 4 to be safe-used oak so it is extremely solid. Looked EVERYWHERE for a twin with a decent height footboard and this fit the bill.., why they are all so short- beats me. This bed is high-clearance under is more like 13 12 in case you are looking for little ones- bit of a step to get out.

High quality, heavy weight, solid wood bed. It is quite tall for our 4 year old, but should last well into his teen years. Assembly was simple for one adult and the bed is sturdy and level. The dark color is lovely and goes great in the room.

The bed frame arrived in great condition. I noticed a few scuffs on the foot board. However, I'm not sure if that was due to shipping or manufacturer defect. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It's extremely well made. It's made of real wood and it only took about 15 minutes to put together!

Very impressed by the quality of this bed. It is extremely heavy and durable. I appreciated the packaging and the hand written note stating it had been checked and packed by a certain individual. Highly recommend this solid bed
