Way too expensive! It is very cheap quality. First the “wood” is very flimsy. Second the hinges are weak and due to the cheap not-wood product the screws never tighten. Only good things are that it is light and the height is good. Probably should be priced less than $200. The finish is dull/cheap a little but a little Old English helps. For wayfair and/or the producer, please reduce the price or increase the quality.
