The internal foam cushions did not inflate fully and warped the cushions. The fabric was extremely wrinkled. We contacted Wayfair and they did a great job resolving the issue.

Whoa! Why are these cushions so lumpy and ugly? Any solutions? Wayfair, this is a serious problem.

Poor quality zipper in the seat cushion. Mine separated, after just a few sittings. Too bad.

Some things are inexpensive and some things are “cheap”. Sad to say this sofa did not live up to its photo. It’s been set up for about 24 hours now and still lumpy. I’ve tried “fluffing” it, getting the stuffing into the corners and edges, but it defies me. I wouldn’t recommend this - it doesn’t look nearly as nice as the wayfair photo. Just remember You Get What You Pay For ~ I started a return and Wayfair offered me a 20% refund in place of an actual return, I need the sofa temporarily so I accepted the refund. However, I would tell you this sofa is not a bargain, it’s not a deal ~

I’ve had this sofa for under 3 months and I’m disappointed. The back cushions are simply sloppy. They’re bunched up, constantly look like they need fluffed, and are just unsatisfactory.
