BEWARE! This futon was selling for over 300 I was eyeing it for a year. I noticed it had no brace in the middle of the front (3rd leg) it was twice as expensive as the 3 legged ones. Figured, solid buy. Then the price dropped by 70 so, I went for it. Received it it had 3 legs I was puzzled. Then, tried to put together the directions were chicken scratch. I gave up. Then, looked at reviews they were 5 years old still said 3 left in stock after a year. THEN, I noticed the weight limit I felt duped. Capacity is 250lbs!!! I am 200lbs my cat is 10 so, I could maybe only sit a 5 year old with me or 3 cats. 2 adults wed be on the floor so, BEWARE of the weight limit. You can buy a cheap one that holds 600lbs. Up to you. I just sent my re-wrapped many times box back hope I get a full refund.

It was difficult to assemble and part of the frame was bent.

I like the futon frame. It is really heavy and balanced.

Parts were bent, paint was scratched, a couple of dents but I'm not sending it back, it works. It's what I wanted.

Sturdy, works well for college dorm room. Would have liked to have the option of other colors.

When we ordered, we found that the two day delivery was not available. The delivery date given was a week out from the order, which would be just in time for our guests. When that day came, it got moved out a day, then another. It cost $45 to get it from FedEx so our guests would not be on the floor. Then I discover that there are no assembly instructions and parts are missing. It could be assembled for our guests thanks to a friend who used to be in the furniture business.
