Also Mislead into thinking I was buying a desk chair(listed as such) instead I get this book-end that don't fit my chair.Picture looks exactly like my chair also(2 different company,s) Terrible business practice

the picture was very misleading. I thought I ordered an actual chair because of the pictures. The headrest seemed nice, hoping to utilize it now that I have to purchase another chair.

I ordered thinking from what I saw in the picture and from my search on your web site it was going to fit my chair BUT it dose not

I did not like it because i tood that it came with back rest Pros: negative Cons: i could not use it

I ordered this headrest because the picture showed it attached to what appeared to be an exact replica of my office chair. When I got it home and unpacked it, I realized there was no way to attach it as shown in the diagram that came with the headrest. And apparently it can't be returned because it was on sale, so now I'm stuck with this unusable headrest.

Looks nice but it does not fit my chair. Guess I should have made sure it fit. Great price.
