Jolene 15'' Wide 4 -Drawer Steel File Cabinet

Product arrived damaged. There was no visible damage to the packaging so it appears it was damaged and repackaged and sold as new.

I was extremely disappointed with the file cabinet I ordered. Something punctured a hole on the top of the packaging which scraped some of the finish off the top. Also, there are two small dents on the side of the cabinet. (See pictures below.) I have ordered many items from Wayfair and have never had a problem. I am extremely disappointed with the care that was taken delivering this item.

Very disappointed! I wish I can give it 0 Stars ! Item came all banged up. Due to the dents the last drawer doesn’t not open. Spent a decent amount on this file cabinet to receive damaged product. All Wayfair can do is offer a 5% discount which is ridiculous! If I pay for something I should receive non-damaged item !

I like the filing cabinet but the expert assembly was not adequate. All of the drawer dividers were installed in the bottom drawer instead of one in each drawer. This is very frustrating.

I like the style of the file cabinet but I was disappointed when I opened the box to find my file cabinet dented and damaged in various places. There was nothing in th box besides the cabinet. There was supposed to be keys to lock the cabinet but there was nothing. Definitely returning this product.

My brand new file cabinet came with a large dent on the lower left side. The packaging was in perfect order, so I assume that the dent was there prior to packaging and sent anyway. Disappointed in receiving it in that condition when I'm paying for a new one. See attached photos.

After a debacle with another company, we went to Wayfair to find some workable and usable metal file drawers. The drawers actually worked. The keys for each of the 4 drawers worked. It was made of sturdy metal, not flimsy. We bought 3 of them and we are over joyed with them as far as space goes (81/2 x 11 files), how well put together they are. Just really quality merchandise.

I did order two filing cabinets, of which, both came in damaged. Wayfair refunded me. I had to go to an Office Max to get the file cabinet. This all happened in 2020.

I NEEDED A NEW CABINET AND THIS WAS PERFECT PRICE AND SIZE

Great entry level filing cabinet, it does the job for an affordable price
