The wrong item was delivered in error and the Chair socks were back ordered. Credit cards usually are not charged until items are shipped so I wanted a refund. In order to get a refund I had to cancel the order, wait for a email confirmation and then call back to request the refund. The item delivered is a full size love seat and we do not have space to store it. I waited 3 days to find out what was going to happen with the love seat and received no info. When I called for my refund I asked about the love seat and discovered that a ticket had not been put in to collect. it. While I was talking to "Corey", he said I could dispose of or donate the item but before I could confirm, the call was dropped. I called back to confirm and was told to wait while a request was put in and then informed I would have to wait a least another day or up to 3 business days for an answer. This experience was onerous and will make me reconsider as to whether or not to use Wayfair again. Unfortunately I now have to reorder the chair socks :( if I could ...no stars would be awarded.
