Stratford Queen 87'' Upholstered Futon And Mattress

Quality of wooden frame is great, nice to have the States and side tables. The mattress is comfortable for sleeping.

The Wayfair customer service representatives are helpful and knowledgeable. They provided outstanding customer service. The fully assembled futon from Kodiak Furniture looks exactly as shown. However, the transition from the bed to sofa position requires two strong adults. The Kodiak Furniture video depicts one man lifting the frame from a bed to an upright position. He uses one hand. However, the frame flexes when being lifted and the seat back will not lock into place unless another individual assists on the opposite end. Again, it takes two people to transition from bed to sofa. Kodiak Furniture was very responsive. The frame portion of the futon was not included in the first shipment. It did arrive in the second delivery. The missing parts (metal screw inserts) arrived in the third delivery.

It arrived in 4 boxes. It took a couple of hours for my husband and I to assemble it. As long as you take your time and follow the directions it can be assembled fairly easily. The only regret is that it is a tad bigger than I expected. However I will adjust the room for it's size. The color of the mattress and the wood fit well to the room colors. I was suprised that the draws are on rollers and not attached to the futon.

This is a comfortable and very useful piece of furniture. I have enjoyed it fully.

Great quality! Lots of pieces to put together, but everything lined up great!
