Love the island, I really do. But mine was missing the towel bar that goes on the end. Since I didn’t open my box until after 30 days after my purchase, I’m told I’m not eligible to get one. ( my kitchen was under construction when I ordered the island, so I waited till the kitchen was complete to open and assemble the island. I was able to take advantage of a sale that way) Now I’ll have to try to find one that fits or have one fabricated, which I find absurd. While I love my island, I’m not sure how I’m feeling about Wayfair at the moment. I’ve spent a lot of money with them in the past, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Can I just have the towel bar I paid for

It is VERY heavy. Luckily we had a neighbor with a cart to help us bring it in- the delivery man threw it on the driveway and flew away- also it was reasonably well-padded so that though the carton was open on one side, it was not visibly damaged. There needs to be either a special tool or a change in the way of connecting pieces. The plastic hook and metal plugs were not well-aligned: some of them were in off-center and we had to hammer them to make them point so that we could align the pieces. Once in the hole, it requires superhuman force to get the metal flipper to turn the bolt. Half of ours on the top are not fastened for that reason; the ones that were we hit with a screwdriver handle to get them into place.

Love this island! Looks great in my newly renovated kitchen. Good solid build.

Love the color, but there’s a slight issue with the top piece not securing properly to the main frame so we are unable to use the fold out portion without it popping off. Not sure if that’s a manufacturer error or human error with assembly. Still works fine otherwise and we are still able to use it.

The locking system is bizarre and complicated unless you have iron fingers. Directions are not the most easy thing I've ever seen and took longer to figure out than I would have liked. Pieces were warped and don't fit together quite properly including the cabinet doors and shelves hang crooked. Other than that, it's a cute piece.
