I received my bed with a broken piece. Customer service wasn't very helpful. Trying to pack away a full sized bed and ship it is proving quite difficult. Purchase a bed and service that offers white glove set up so when the item is faulty they take it right back not sitting there for you to pack away again and try to manage on your own. Never again
