Absolutely beautiful. It is a heavy well-made table. Assembly required just screwing the legs on.

I love this table. It’s solid and heavy but with some felt on the bottom it moves pretty easily. When we first tried expanding it, it was difficult to get it lined up. But it’s adjusted to the temperature in the room. The colour is great, neutral enough to go with my light floors and bright walls. The crevice referred to in other reviews is between the main table top and the edges that frame it. There aren’t indentations between every panel of wood, which would be too cumbersome for us.

We absolutely LOVE this table! I was looking for something solid but with some interesting personality-- this fit both requirements perfectly. I love that it comes with a built-in leaf, which easily allows eight people to sit to table. Super straightforward to put together, the only tricky bit was moving it as it is so heavy (definitely need two people).

The wood is beautiful and the construction is solid. However, I was very surprised, and not happy with, the ridges and raised areas. The table top is not a smooth surface! There are raised areas that divide and frame the table top into sections. :( I will be keeping it though as the cost to return would be $200!
