Viper Resolute Backboard

We love this backboard! The bottom wall cover portion is much smaller than it seems in pictures so if you want to protect your wall definitely buy something for under this!

Totally upped my dart wall and love the built in scoreboard. Mine didn't come as a cabinet, I don't have the swing down door but that wasn't important to me.

Great dart backboard. With the template that comes with this backboard, set up was extremely easy. For extra protection, I purchased the Viper Wall Defender III Dartboard Surround Backboard and custom fit it around the dartboard and then the backboard.

Packaged well and shipped quickly. It seems to be good quality and comes with all hardware to hang and a template to help with mounting the actual dartboard to the back. There is a black piece that is shown underneath, it is a high density foam.

This dartboard backboard is very nice and well made. I like that it came with everything to hang it and a pen for the drawing board. I also purchased the lights for the top of the board, which works nicely as well.

Now that we are trapped in our house ALL THE TIME, the teenagers have decided to learn to play darts. I got this backboard to try to protect my drywall from new throwers. Hopefully it will meet that goal! It is a nice unit. Very clean looking and sturdy. The dart board attached easily and securely. They already lost the chalk, so I could not test the score section (kids!). It looks very professional and modern, so it fits in the game room area well.

Quality feels cheap, light weight and the backing of the score board feels like it will come off easily. Also worry that once you write on it with the marker that’s included it will not come off easily. It comes with mounting directions and screws. For the price it’s okay to look at but not durable. 

Such a nice, sturdy dart board backing. I love that the darts sit inside of it. The anchors it comes with are so nice and heavy duty I trust it won’t come out of the wall like our old one did. I wish it had a blank scoreboard for regular darts but we were able to put that Next to it. The foam does NOTHING in terms of protecting the wall, still damaged wall underneath if dart hits.
