It took about 2 hours to put together, but it looks great in our room- clean, sleek and plenty of storage. UPDATE: We are a ways in on this purchase. This desk was installed in our teenager's room. Two big issues with it: The top is inadequate when it comes to stain/damage resistance, it's easily damaged and has a few impossible-to-remove stains. There's also a major design flaw: The metal piece that holds the floating end of the desk up is too thin, and starts to flop around after some use. We've thought it was because the connectors came loose where it connects to the desktop, but it's something else weird about the design. I wouldn't recommend buying this, it's poorly made and won't last.

It lasted about 1 year before it started to have issues. Drawer broke. Don’t put any glass that has any condensation at all. It’s started to warp from my placing my beverage without a coaster. Had a spill and it warped . The trim all around loosened and is coming off. Ready for the he trash. .

Very sturdy. Nice table for my kid to study. Enough drawer space. Took an hour to assemble. Looks aesthetic.
