Came damaged, multiple chips and breaks. Wayfair won't take responsibility and manufacturer will take several days to get in touch. For cheap particle board it is very heavy . 1st Wayfair agent told me I could take it inside without the packaging and someone would come inside to pick it up. This is patently false. Second agent said I could package it and leave it outside till I got a return label, which is also patently false. I am disabled and have to pay for help to move and repackage stuff. Even if I were able bodied it is a incredible waste of time to have to repackage the item Really bad quality item anyway and not worth the money Second one was also damaged in the same way Nobody will respond in text or chat even though it says I am connected.

The filing cabinet is nice and sturdy. It’s on the small (narrow) side but we knew that when we ordered. It was damaged on arrival, which we did see was an issue for a lot of other reviewers. We did decide to keep it since the damage is on the back corner which will be covered. Still quite disappointing.
