Beautiful bed! The full-service delivery is a must and was absolutely worth it. The bed's material is soft, velvet-like, with subtle thin ridges that give it a luxurious feel. The quality is excellent, and I am very pleased with this purchase!!

So I think the version of this bed that they are currently selling is under an old version listing. If that makes sense. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful bed. But I they need to update the listing. The bed got to me in a timely manner. When the Wayfair guys were assembling the bed, they told me they couldn’t finish because the bed was missing some support legs for the slats. So they put in a report and the supporting legs were scheduled to be shipped. A week or so later, the legs were shipped but they were not the right size. So I had to call customer support and they were able to help me out and send me the right amount and size of legs I was missing the next week, but we found it was because the assembly instructions that came with it are for an older version with a lacking number of supporting legs for the increased amount of slats the new version comes with. So they were able to get me squared away but it was the 2 12 weeks after the initial delivery and back and forth that brought me to bring my rating from a 5 to a 4. My rating came down further from a 4 to a 3 because again… maybe it being a different version, the color in the picture is not that close to what you get in my opinion. And comparing my color bed to the beds pictured in other reviews. It’s more of a light stone gray with the new version vs the cream I thought I’d be getting. Beautiful, sturdy, high quality bed for a great price, but I’ve had to change my idea of nightstands and dresser colors because of it not looking quite like the picture. Nice bed frame. I was disappointed in the white glove delivery service. The delivery guys took the plastic off the bed frame before bringing it in the house and left some finger printsdirt on the frame. I needed the frame urgently so I had to buy an upholstered cleaner to fix the issue.
