Craner 65'' W 7 - Drawer Dresser

Very nice dresser. The drawers are smooth and hold a lot. The handles are sturdy and don’t get loose over time. Great color and has held up well.

Great dresser, but feet are flimsy and one broke easily when moving the dresser.

My dresser came damaged and Wayfair still hasn't responded to my request for a replacement. The dresser is beautiful and heavy. I am really disappointed in the level of customer service that I received from Wayfair. I've submitted photos showing the damages multiple times, spoke with representatives and still no resolution after 3 days. I paid for the handy service and he put it together since he was here and I wouldn't get reimbursed.

Came with pieces of the finish broken off the side, upon inspecting it, it became worse due to how brittle it was. Tried to glue it back on and clean it up with the provided marker but it did not remedy it to the normal finish. Other than that, the instructions are for two models, sometimes it becomes hard to distinguish between which model you might be working on. Parts are not labeled on the bags making them hard to ensure which pieces are being used are correct until its too late and reverse steps must be taken. I wish it wasn't damaged but its so big I doubt I'd be able to return it. Might have been better as a pre-assembled piece.

Struggled putting it together a bit, the instructions didn't label the tools, screws, and nails so I had to look really hard at the images to see what when where-- also had to play musical chairs with the drawers because they aren't interchangeable and have to go in a specific order (I put them in the wrong order and thought I built it wrong because it wouldn't go in but shuffling them around did the trick.) but once it was built it looked great! Very nice look.

It’s a very nice dresser, but very difficult to assemble. It has so many pieces. I needed to hire an assembly person. I rated it a 4 star because one of the drawers is slightly harder to push in and the back is a very flimsy piece of cardboard. However, it is sturdy and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Love the design and style. It took 3-4 hours to assemble. A lot of parts came damaged maybe by the shipping. But I needed a dresser.
