I had high hopes for this, but both drawers were completely inoperable and as it turns out, completely broken. The tracks were bent and misaligned and could not be pulled apart and the slightest effort pulled the entire piece apart. For the money I expected higher quality but maybe limited life expectancy. This was worthless from day 1.

A lovely bed! It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble with one exception--the slats are supposed to be attached to the bed side rail with screws, but while the slats have holes drilled in them, the side rails do not. I had to get out a drill and create the holes. I'm a 66-year-old woman and had no difficulty taking everything out of the box and assembling the bed by myself in under 2 hours. The drawer section comes fully assembled. Apart from needing to drill the holes, the other reason I didn't give the bed 5 stars is that the slats don't feel like they give the mattress quite as much support as I would like. Still, I would definitely order again!
