Great value! The assembly manual can be confusing so read carefully. Took approximately 1 hour with the husband to piece this together. Definitely needs a box spring. It’s seems pretty study so far. We’ll see what happens when we actually lay the box spring and mattress on.

Love this bed. It is pretty easy to assemble and appears to be sturdy. The only downside is shipping took awhile and there are no pre-drilled holes for the rails or plate. But it was still very easy to assemble.
