It came well packaged. Hardware and tool were included. The directions were easy to follow. I needed extra hands to assemble some parts. The reason for three stars is the dowel hole was drilled at the wrong angle. I could not line up the bolt and its socket until I removed the dowel. Husband says it is comfortable.

Absolutely love this chair. Arrived packaged well and all parts were perfect. Instructions were very easy to follow and only took me about 45 minutes to assemble it by myself. Recommend not tightening all the bolts completely until fully assembled.. I hand tighten them and then went back and secured them once together. Only issue was the tab cover over the blots was loose but I just used wood glue to secure. Completely updated my quest room.

This is a great chair. A velvety soft material. Super sturdy, strong, yet also sleek and stylish. Came packaged well add was pretty easy to put together also. All in all this was a great find and will be perfect for an accent chair in my home office!

The chair is elegant, the colors are accurate. The size is perfect for a tight space. The seat is pretty firm, but fine for reading. I took off one star because it was hard to assemble and align holes.
