I paid to have the white glove service and it took the guy about 20 minutes. Not a complicated assembly if you have the right tools, but, the bars at the bottom that you would rest your feet on don’t stay in place and every time you touch them, they fall out of the holes at the end. They just don’t fit right… did not notice it till the installer left and I’m trying to figure out how to fix it with glue
