Where to start with this review… I’ll begin with the positive. Now that it’s set up, it’s very comfortable. The massage function performs beautifully. I love all of the different zones that it covers. The negative started with the delivery. I’m not certain whether the warehouse or the shipper was responsible for the packaging damages. The whole thing had to be secured with what seems to be equivalent to 3 rolls of packaging tape! Upon unpacking the pieces we found several damaged areas. In a couple of areas the fabric was completely separated from the chair. One of the armrest zippers was broken and unusable, therefore had to be whipstitched to close the opening. I hope it all holds together because there’d be no way possible to make a return in the condition in which it was delivered!

Remember to check dimensions!!! This chair is a lot smaller than I expected (admittedly because I didn’t pay attention to dimensions) but I love this chair. The massage is great and has several different settings. The power lift also works great.

Shame on me. This is a very cheaply made chair. There is no way that the original price is correct. Instructions are very difficult and not easy to follow. Do not purchase unless you intend to return.

Beautiful and comfortable. Very stylish which includes cup holders. The massage is eight points and is wonderful! It’s easy on my back and legs. So easy to get in and out of. I would recommend this chair to anybody but especially one whom may be disabled or elderly due to its easy accessibility.
