Medardus Upholstered Bed

This is a simple and elegant addition to the bedroom! Easy to assemble and looks fantastic.

It as expected for the price The upholstered head board and foot board are not very thick, but given the price, it was as expected. The middle of the bed frame has a foot that is in a bad place. I kick it when i make the bed, would have been nice if it was recessed under the bed.

Beautiful bed. Fits perfect in our guest bedroom. Very luxury.

We took everything out of the box, all the pieces were there, put the bed together, and found three of the boards are too short. This bedframe is useless to us unless we get replacement parts.

It’s very pretty, although maybe not the most sturdy piece of furniture. We got this to go around our split king adjustable bases, and it does the job. I thought the footboard would come up a little higher, and we have our bed bases down to the 12” lifts instead of 24”. But it covers the base just fine. We added an ottoman at that end anyhow so it doesn’t matter as much. My main criticism is that I’m constantly kicking or stubbing my toes on the center support leg on my side of the bed. Husband does on his side occasionally as well. Just something to beware of.
