I ordered 5 stools (3 bar stools and 2 counter stools). 4 of the stools were beautiful and seemingly well made. One of the counter stools was build with all of the wrong proportions. I ordered a replacement after waiting almost 2 months, the replacement came and was the wrong color. If I could receive a matching stool to complete my set, my review would be 5 start.

Perfect barstool for our kitchen counter

My first delivery of these 2 stools was incorrect--counter height rather than bar height (30"). I called and spoke with a pleasant man who offered to replace with the correct height stools. Second delivery was same--counter height. Called again 3 days ago when I received the delivery and spoke with pleasant woman who would check to see if bar height was available and call me in 2-3 days so I could decide whether to wait for a back-order or choose a refund. I'm still waiting to hear something.

Beautiful stools. Study, comfortable, classy, love that they're swivel! Also, loved that I didn't have to assemble them! They brighten up my kitchen.

Just WOW! This was pricier than what I had hoped to pay but I wanted a single stool and this was customizable to allow for the colors I needed. It is substantial! It has a great big cushy top on it. And for the first time in decades, I can use a cafe table I love as a seating place. It's the perfect height! Can't wait for it to warm up enough so I can sit on the porch and take advantage of my high seating!

I’m going to paint the legs gold. The cream makes it look a bit dated. The chair is big and comfortable. Very sturdy. It’s the perfect height for my high counter.
