this couch is beautiful. the color is more of a vanilla shade of white. the cushions are firm but also soft. i believe it will wear well. it feels very well-made and very easy to assemble…took about a half hour. however, the sofa sits a little low and didn’t go with the room. i exchanged the original legs ( 2.75” ) for 6 “ legs and i love it. although the couch is beautiful, it is very uncomfortable. i thought it would soften over time but two years later, still very hard and uncomfortable. if you want a sofa that's just for looking at, this one will be just fine.
