Easy to put together. I love the height of the table. The top is some sort of plastic like coating. It shines/reflects. I will eventually replace it with a real marble table. The table is somewhat lightweight (easy to slide back and forth). I do love the bottom shelve and wood color (maple). This wood matched my sofa legs. A candle was dropped on the top and it melted the plastic coating a little :)
