Gladystine 18'' H Stacking Side Chair

Sadly got only 1 chair. Still waiting for the rest. Customer service keep saying they will check, but nothing has happened so far. Chair quality is ok, but does not worth the price if you get only 1.

I bought a set of 84 and only one was delivered. Waiting for this issue to be resolved, I will update as soon as they get back to me. Regarding the chair they are nice looking and pretty comfortable but not that stable. I am giving one star because the deceptive advertisement. They keep insisting that this is a mistake (but they don't fix the mistake on the website) and I should either return the chair or buy more if I need them. On top of it, they are telling me that they reserve the right to cancel any order, what order? I don't understand, I am sorry, I bought 84 chairs and I need Wayfair to send me 83 more to complete my order. I have a paid invoice with the details.

I only received one chair. The chair itself is as appears in the listing. More of an amber color than actual yellow. I contacted costumer service in an attempt to receive my remaining items and they stated they could not send me the remaining chairs and my only option was to receive a refund. On top of that, they are requiring me to take the chair to FedEx and ship back to them in order to receive my refund, which isn’t even possible for me. No apology. Very poor customer service. Don’t trust this listing or wayfair.

Listing stated set of 84 and in brackets it said 3.19 per item. Only one chair arrived. All of my emails show it. Customer service said I had to choose 84 quantities from the drop down menue!… not how SET orders work sorry… I managed to get a refund, but surely they don’t want to honor what they advertise… now listing shows its only one chair… easy to wipe the mistake on their end, but dupe the customer.. I ordered those for a client’s wedding… now I have to deal with my upset customer.. clearly Wayfair needs a reality check from Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Before I made the purchase, I texted customer service to confirm the advertised price of 84 chairs for 264.99. They said yes, 84 chairs for 264.99. I proceeded with the order and was only delivered chair. Called customer service to ask when the rest of my chairs would be delivered I was then told the info on the page was incorrect, the price of 264.99 was only for 1 chair. I explained I had texted customer before I placed the order and they told me 84 chairs. They would not honour what was advertised along with what I was told when I text customer service. False advertisement and poor customer service.
