The chaise lounge didn’t fully expand even after waiting the required 48 hours. If it probably would have looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It was larger than expected. After reading the reviews (before purchase), I was expecting and hoping for a chaise that didn’t take up a lot of space. This one did. The coloring was all wrong for my furniture too. It looked washed out in my already taupe bedroom. I wasn’t happy that the manufacturer and Wayfair required the chaise lounge to be repackaged and returned. How does one expect a spongy type expandable cushion be repackaged into the original box when it expanded 3 times the size? Also, the manufacturer immediately offered to replace the chaise instead of a refund offer. I’ll limit what I purchase in the future from this manufacturer. Historically, Wayfair didn’t request items be returned. I guess they just wanted to make it hard to return so I would decide to keep it. I’m going to stick with the old fashioned style chaise lounges. My experience with this whole purchase has made me not a fan of bean bag type chaise lounges. ** Update to my original review** Dragged the chaise lounge to FedEx to return. On the last Saturday before a major holiday, Thanksgiving! Not what I wanted to be spending my time doing. FedEx didn't have a box large enough to package chaise lounge. So, purchased a grand wardrobe box from U-Haul, for $17. Had to get two co-workers to help me stuff the chaise lounge into the box. Returned to FedEx and had no problem shipping, at least that was free. After returning received an email from Wayfair that a refund had been issued. But, not the total amount. They deducted $12.04 for taxes! This whole experience has been very negative and I don't think I'll be ordering much from Wayfair moving forward.
